Dottores eyes flashed briefly and then he grabbed ahold of my door.

"Go in and don't come out. You don't want to be around him right now."

If Dottore could get anymore irritated he definitely would.

I was pushed into my room and then the door closed with a slam.

Dottore groaned in annoyance as he stomped away.

I could hear the lock of the front door click and Pantalone laughing.

"Why the hell do you always come here when you're like this."

"Whaaa you don't want any of this?! Come on don't be a pussy."

The house grew colder.

I stepped away from the door and moved closer to my bed.

"Fine. One drink. You're a bastard you know that? Coming to my fucking house at the worst time possible tch."

I could hear them walk past my door and then I could hear no more.

I dropped down onto the bed and laid my head against the pillow.

I took in a small breath. My heart was still going crazy. In a way I was glad Pantalone got me out of that situation, but also maybe not.

It wasn't often that Dottore spoke about himself. At least not his life outside of work.

It was probably one of the more normal conversations we've had.

Damn that was nerve racking. I hadn't expected any of that to end like that.

But for now I'd listen to him.

I didn't want to see how Pantalone was not if he were drunk. The man was a flirt when he was sober I couldn't imagine how he'd be now.

So I closed my eyes and let sleep take my away.

I awoken during the night. I wasn't sure what time it was or why I was awake but I was.

I got up from my bed and wandered over towards my door. Leaning against the door I laid my head against it.

I listened for a few moments but heard nothing.
