"Liar." I huffed my hands on my knees.
My breathing was heavy and body covered in sweat.
"Huh?" Childe asked in confusion.
"Y-You said you wouldn't ha... go too hard!" I took in a deep breath and then shot my head up to glare at him.
Currently he had no shirt on. The clothes he had brought with him were thrown by a tree because that was a little too many layers to be fighting in. Not that I minded the view.
"Hey now I'm not though. I promise I'm not." He said in defence.
"Then... why do I f-feel like I'm going to .. pass out." I looked back down at the ground and took in another deep breath.
"Y/N.... I think you're just uh... inactive maybe..?" He responded carefully.
"Shut up. Y-You're just not being easy." I said shaking my head.
"Do you really want me to go harder?"
I had finally caught my breath enough to stand up straight.
"Yea come at me Childe."
I returned to my fighting stance and Childe shook his head.
"Okay if you really want that."
"Yes—"
He was off in seconds.
Before I could even finish my sentence he was standing right before me. His eyes had a new gleam to them. He was excited so very excited.
But I knew I didn't stand a chance.
Before I could throw a punch he had grabbed my arm pulled me forward and pushed me to the ground. His body sat on top of mine as I laid there. He made sure the fall was light but I understood now.
He was definitely going easy on me before.
I looked back up at Childe who was grinning.
But that wasn't the issue.
He was right on top of me. I mean right on top.
His hands were holding down my own and I could not move.
My face began to heat up and I looked back at the ground.
