His eyes watched me carefully.
I couldn't move.
My body felt as if it were frozen in place.
Pantalones dark eyes moved up and down.
Each look deliberate.
"Do relax a bit my dear."
A shiver ran down my spine and Pantalone let out a sigh.
"If you remain so stiff I'll come over there myself."
"N-No—! No no! I'm fine!" I said trying to relax my shoulders.
He rose an eyebrow in question before shaking his head in disbelief.
His attention turned away from me for the briefest of moments. His hand moved carefully the brush in it stroking the canvas before him.
I could feel the heat return to my cheeks.
Painting meant the world to him. If he could spend all day painting beautiful things the man would have no troubles doing so.
However, things did start to change a bit after the two of us grew closer.
At the beginning he had kept his hobbies more to himself, but with time he began to open up a bit more. I also realized how chatty he was.
And by 'open up' I meant he wanted to include me in them.
Specifically he wanted to paint me.
I could still remember the day he asked.
The man was full of energy and confidence.
He had approached me after a long day of chasing people down and truth be told I was quite out of it. My mind didn't really comprehend everything clearly and I had agreed without realizing what I had agreed to.
It's not that I regretted agreeing, but I had wished I was in a more conscious state of mind at the time.
Of course my answer only made him more thrilled.
Now here I was sitting on a chair with some of the most revealing clothing I had ever worn. It was definitely a drastic change from my usual cloaks. I couldn't help but be a little nervous and unsure. He on the other hand seemed fine. Something told me he was enjoying this a lot more than he let on.
