"Fuck, I don't know what to do," Yoongi groaned, burying his face in his hands. "I want to message her all damn day but I don't want to bother her."

"She's responding though, right?" Jungkook asked while doing a bench press. Yoongi had been a depressed lump of uselessness the last two weeks after you left for Toronto and Jungkook had to drag him to the gym.

"Yeah, but it's mostly me carrying the conversation," Yoongi frowned, making a half assed attempt at a curl. "I don't want to annoy her. Namjoon said it was fine to talk to her but I also don't want to come across inappropriate."

"Just hit on her," Jungkook shrugged, making Yoongi look at him in confusion. "They're not official. Namjoon-hyung said they're taking things slowly and not putting any labels on it. It's his fault if he moves too slowly and you steal her back."

Yoongi blinked at him a few times, feeling very conflicted on the subject. It's true, he wants to respect his leader and would never want to hurt him, but it's also true that you're not taken. People refer to him as your boyfriend but he knows it's not at that stage yet, and although it's slim, there's still a chance.

"I don't want to risk ruining my friendship with Namjoon," he frowned, setting the dumbbells down. "But honestly, I'd never forgive myself for not chasing after [Y/N]. She might have some feelings for Namjoon now but I know she still has stronger feelings for me."

Jungkook powered through a few more bench presses before saying, "Maybe she's trying to move on with Namjoon-hyung. I can't blame her, he's great after all. Those thighs are no joke."

Yoongi huffed out a laugh before picking his weights back up. "But if it's still you, then it's still you," Jungkook continued. "Namjoon-hyung is pursuing [Y/N] while knowing you're still in love with her. I think it's fine to pursue [Y/N] knowing Namjoon likes her too. Just be honest with him about things and he'll understand. He loves you."

"I guess," Yoongi sighed, starting his workout back up again. Jungkook changed the subject and Yoongi was almost dying from exhaustion by the end of it, but it felt good. His lungs and muscles were burning so much it was hard to focus on the weight on his chest at the same time so he was grateful for that at least.

Jungkook had been a huge help to him through everything after you left. JK's aware Yoongi is at fault, but he's also aware that people make mistakes. Yoongi has had enough people shitting on him and chastising him, so JK wanted to be the one who had his back no matter what. Jin's been pretty supportive too but has been trying not to say too much, not wanting to upset Namjoon at all.

Yoongi grabbed dinner with Jungkook before meeting up with Taehyung and Seokjin to play some games. He was trying not to spend too much time alone since all he did was stare at his phone in hopes of a text from you, and Taehyung was a great distraction.

"Good evening, gentlemen."

"Good morning to you, Jeff," Taehyung said into his headset. "Ready to kick some ass today?"

User imjustabritishbastard has been a good online gaming friend of theirs for a few years now and they were trying to get the company to approve letting them tell him who they were. He said he's a white English dude but they didn't really believe him; he's too fluent for someone who's never lived in South Korea.

"If you mean ready to get my ass kicked, then yes," Jeffrey chuckled.

The four of them spent some time online and Yoongi did his best to ignore his phone until it finally lit up with your name. The boys yelled at him for immediately abandoning his game and dying but he couldn't have cared less. You'd finally texted him back after an hour of waiting. He was in the middle of responding when he heard that voice he'd been craving for a week.
