Three trainers leave Pallet Town and travel across the Kanto and Johto regions. Along the way, they meet lots of friends and enemies and compete in the Kanto Tournament League and the Johto League.
Our heros arrived at the gym and opened the door. When they opened the door, they were immediately hit with a drop in temperature. "Woah! Why's it so cold in here?" Okotsu asked. They looked around and saw ice all over the floor. "Oh. That's why," Okotsu said.
They walked across the floor, trying not to slip until they reached the Battle Area, which wasn't covered in ice. Standing on the other side of the Battle Area was an old man wearing a big blue coat.

"Greetings. My name is Pryce, the Winter Trainer. What are your names?" Pryce asked. "My name's Ashton!" Ashton said. "Hello. My name is Justin," Justin said. "And I'm Okotsu," Okotsu said. "Ok. I take it you're here to challenge me and win my badge," Pryce said. The three boys nodded. "Right. So which one of you is challenging me first?" Pryce asked.
Ashton stepped forward before Justin and Okotsu could even think. "I am! I've been wanting to get the badge all day!" Ashton exclaimed. "Good. That means you'll battle hard to win my badge and show your true nature as a trainer. So, which Pokemon will you be using first?" Pryce asked. "I'll use Blastoise! Come on up buddy!" Ashton called out. "Blast!" Blastoise said with a determined look on it's face.
Blastoise walked forward and stood at the Battle Area. "A Blastoise. Alright. I'll start off with my seel!" Pryce said, grabbing a PokeBall from his jacket pocket and throwing it forward. "Seel!" Pryce's Seel cried. "Ok Blastoise, let's win this!" Ashton said determinedly. "Blastoise!" Blastoise said.
"Seel, use Aqua Ring!" Pryce said. Seel covered it's body in water, which formed into a ring of water that covered his whole body. "Ok, now use Ice Beam!" Pryce said. Pryce's Seel opened it's mouth and shot a beam of ice at Blastoise. Blastoise couldn't block and was hit by the attack. "Blastoise, use Aqua Punch!" Ashton called out.
Blastoise covered it's fist in water and ran at Seel. Blastoise threw it punch, Punching Seel in the face. "Good job! Now use Slam!" Ashton said. Blastoise grabbed Seel and lifted it into the air. Blastoise threw Seel into the ground hard. "Seel, use Aqua Tail!" Pryce said. Seel covered it's tail in water and slammed it into Blastoise's chest.
"Blastoise, use Water Gun!" Ashton called out. Blastoise shot a beam of water at Seel. "Great! Now use Scald!" Ashton said. Blastoise heated it's water up and shot a beam of water at Seel, slightly burning it. "Seel, use Surf!" Pryce said. Seel shot water from it's mouth at the ground and slid really fast at Blastoise. Seel jumped and slammed it's head into Blastoise's chest again, causing it to stumble backwards.
"Blastoise, use Water Pulse!" Ashton said. Blastoise shot ring shaped beams of water at Seel. The attack hit Seel, causing it to faint. Pryce called Seel back to it's Pokeball and grabbed his next PokeBall. "Let's do this Dewgong!" Pryce said, throwing the PokeBall forward.
"Alright Blastoise! Come back!" Ashton called out. Blastoise turned around and walked to Ashton's side. "You did great buddy, but it's time to let someone else battle," Ashton said. He lifted his hand and gave Blastoise a high five. "Blast!" Blastoise said happily. Ashton reached in his bag and threw his next PokeBall forward. He sent out Ursaring. Ursaring turned around and saw Ashton.
