Episode 108: Disembark to Mount Silver!

"are you really sure you want to go there?" Professor Elm asked as Ashton put on a heavy coat. "Mhm. As a Pokemon trainer, I can't ignore an invitation to a battle," Ashton said as he grabbed six PokeBalls. "Well, be safe up there. Many people have been reported to go missing up there," Professor Elm said. Ashton nodded and walked to the front door of the lab.

"See ya Professor Elm!" Ashton said as he ran out the front door. He walked to the exit of New Bark Town and made his way to the path leading to Mount Silver. He pulled out his Pokegear and looked at the map. Mount Silver was a few minutes away. He looked up and saw it in the distance.

"Ok, time to climb a mountain!" Ashton said determinedly. He walked for a few minutes until he reached the base of the mountain. He saw a small path leading upwards and made his way up it. There wasn't much on the path. There were a few Pokemon, but most of them ran into small holes or caves he couldn't fit in.

The path stopped at a wall, so he started climbing up the side. The side of the wall was extremely cold, but Ashton was wearing some really thick gloves, so he could barely feel it. He finally climbed up the wall and found a giant entrance to a cave. He walked inside and the temperature dropped. "M-M-Man! It got so cold!" He said.

He walked further into the cave and noticed a giant lake. "Wow! It's just like that cave me and King found on that island!" Ashton said. He made his way deeper into the cave and noticed something interesting. There was a campsite with a few supplies there. "Someone must be up here already. It might be the guy who wants to battle me," Ashton said. He walked past the campsite and eventually reached the other end of the cave, which led up to a higher part of mountain.

"More climbing? Man this is tiring," Ashton said. He continued his long path up the mountain and along the way, he looked over the edge and noticed something. He could see all of Johto over the mountain. "Wow! I'm up so high! There's New Bark Town over there!" Ashton said. He smiled and kept walking up the mountain until he finally reached a flat part of the mountain. He saw a tree that was about to fall over, so he kicked it hard, causing it to tip over and fall off the mountain. He sat down on the stump and looked at his Pokedex. He saw he had a message that was from Justin.

The message said," When you get back, Toru has something really important to tell us." "Something important huh?" Ashton said. He stood back up and stretched before walking back up the mountain. He began to get really steep, so he had to start climbing. "Whoever's up here, I wanna know how you got up here!" Ashton said.

He climbed for ten more minutes before he reached near the top of the mountain. He noticed that he was so close to the top. He climbed for a little bit before he reached a part of the mountain he didn't have to climb. He walked up and saw someone standing at the top of the mountain. He walked closer and when he finally saw who it was, a grin appeared on his face. "Wow, it's been a while" Ashton said as the person turned around. "Red."
