Episode 102: Toru Vs Jason!

Okotsu and Justin walked out of the arena and sat in the waiting room. "Man, I'm tired," Okotsu said. "Same," Justin said. Ashton, King, Misty, and Toru all walked out of the stadium and saw Justin and Okotsu.

"Hey guys! Your match was awesome!" Ashton exclaimed. "Yep! Now I get to advance and battle in more battles," Justin said with a smile. "Now it's mine turn. I'm gonna win my battle!" Toru said with a grin on his face. Right on cue, the intercom turned on. "Would Toru and Jason please head to the stadium for their battle?" The intercom asked. Toru did a stretch before turning to the entrance of the stadium.

"Ok guys! See ya later!" Toru said. "Bye! Good luck!" Ashton called out. Toru waved before he walked through the entrance of the stadium. He walked into the stadium and walked to the battle area. He saw Jason walking towards the opposite side of the Battle Area.

The Announcer walked into the stadium. "Welcome everyone, to the final match of the first round! Battling for a spot in the top for are the two trainers, Toru and Jason!" The announcer said.

"Hey Toru! Your Ashton's rival, right?" Jason asked. "Yep!" Toru said with a grin. "Good! That means your really strong! Don't hold back on me!" Jason said as he pulled out a PokeBall. "Ok!" Toru said as he also pulled out his own PokeBall. "Trainers! Throw your PokeBalls and begin the match!" The announcer called out.

Toru and Jason both threw their PokeBalls forward and sent out their PokeBalls. Jason sent out a Gengar and Toru sent out his Nidoking. "Nidoking, use Focus Blast!" Toru shouted, starting the match. Nidoking charged a beam of light in its hands and fired it at Gengar, sending the Ghost Pokemon flying backwards. It landed on its feet.

"Gengar, hit it with a Shadow Ball!" Jason called out. Gengar made a ball of dark energy in its hands and threw it at Nidoking. The Shadow Ball hit Nidoking, making it stumble backwards. "Now use Sucker Punch!" Jason said. Gengar jumped and disappeared into the ground. Nidoking looked around, but couldn't find it anywhere. Suddenly, Gengar jumped out of the ground in front of it and uppercutted it, making Nidoking fall on it's back.

"Nidoking! Use Magnitude!" Toru said. Nidoking smashed it's fist into the ground, making the entire Battle Area shake. Gengar couldn't keep it's balance and fell on it's back. "Now use Focus Blast again!" Toru yelled. Nidoking charged another beam of light and shot it at Gengar. The beam of light hit Gengar, making it fly into the air and landed on it's back. "Gengar, use Hypnosis!" Jason shouted. Gengar jumped at Nidoking and it's eyes flashed red, making Nidoking fall asleep.

"Crap! Nidoking, return!" Toru called out as he called Nidoking back to it's Pokeball. He grabbed his next PokeBall and threw it forward. A Raichu came out. "Raichu, use Thunderbolt!" Toru called out. Raichu covered it's body in electricity and fired a bolt of electricity at Gengar, shocking the Ghost Pokemon. "Now, use Thunder!" Toru yelled. Raichu fired a huge bolt of electricity at Gengar, making it faint. Jason called Gengar back to it's Pokeball and grabbed another one.

"Let's do this Jolteon!" Jason called out as he threw his PokeBall forward. Jolteon came out and did a determined cry. "Use Quick Attack!" Jason said. Jolteon rushed forward faster than Raichu could dodge and slammed it's head into Raichu's stomach, making it stumble back. "Now Bite it!" Jason said. Jolteon jumped at Raichu's arm and bit it. Raichu cried in pain and tried to shock it, but the electricity had no effect on Jolteon.

"Raichu, use Slam!" Toru said. Raichu lifted it's arm and slammed Jolteon into the air. Jolteon let go and jumped back. "Now use Tail Slam!" Toru said. Raichu rushed forward and did a spin, hitting Jolteon with it's tail. "Jolteon, use Headbutt!" Jason shouted. Jolteon jumped at Raichu and slammed it's head into Raichu's head. "Raichu, use Mega Punch!" Toru yelled. Raichu covered it's fist in an orange aura and punched Jolteon, sending it flying and crashing. Jolteon struggled to get up and fell to the ground, fainting.
