Episode 105: Thief at the Trainer Plaza!

While Justin and Toru were battling at the stadium, Ashton was taking a nap. Once he got enough rest, he grabbed his PokeBalls and started to pick six Pokemon he would use for the final match of the Johto League. "Hmm. I should use my top six strongest Pokemon," Ashton said. He grabbed six PokeBalls and put them on his belt.

He put his stuff away and walked out of the room. Meanwhile, outside of the Johto League Building, a truck parked outside. A man dressed in all black stepped out and made his way inside the building. He stepped inside and looked around. No one was around. He grinned as he made his way to the Trainer Plaza.

Meanwhile, in the stadium, Ronnie and Mike were watching Toru and Justin's match. Suddenly, Ronnie stood up. "I'll be right back. Gotta use the restroom," Ronnie said. He walked out of the stands and made his way to the main plaza. As he was running to the bathroom, he bumped into someone. "Watch where you're going!" He shouted angrily.

He looked up and saw the man. "Well, what's an executive officer doing here?" He asked. "Huh? Who are you?" Ronnie asked. "The names John. I work with Team Rocket," John said. "I see. What did the boss send you here for?" Ronnie asked. "He didn't send me. Ive heard about your mission to kidnap the golden Charizard from that Ashton kid. I'm here to attempt to steal it," John said.

"Woah there buddy. I don't think so. That kid is competing right now and I can't have you interfering," Ronnie said. "Oh? And why's that?" John asked. "It's none of your business!" Ronnie said. "Does the boss know you're letting the kid do as he pleases?" John asked. "The boss said I could do whatever I needed to in order to steal that Pokemon!" Ronnie said angrily.

"Whatever you say," John said as he made his way to the Trainer Plaza. As he walked down the hall, he noticed a kid running past down the hallway. "(Probably just some brat.)" John thought. The kid got closer and that's when he noticed who he was. It was Ashton. "(Wait! That's the kid I need to steal from!)" John thought. He stuck his foot out, making Ashton trip over it and land face first on the ground. He got up and stared angrily at John.

"What was that for?! What's your problem?!" Ashton shouted. John didn't say anything and pulled out a PokeBall. He tossed it to the ground and sent out a Hypno. "huh?" Ashton asked. "Hypno, use Hypnosis," John said. Hypno started to swing it pendant. Suddenly, Ashton felt drowsy. "What... Did you... Do that for?" Ashton said sleepily. He fell forward and John caught him. "Sleep tight. Have sweet dreams about your Pokemon. It'll be the last time you ever see them," John said.

John turned and carried Ashton. He walked into the main plaza and looked around. No was around. "Wow. You make it look so easy," Ronnie said. "That's because I took him by surprise," John said as he walked out of the building. Ronnie followed him. John walked to his truck and opened the back. He threw Ashton in the back. "Wow. We'll all be paid heavily for this," Ronnie said. John began to laugh. "Huh? What's so funny?" Ronnie asked. John suddenly kicked Ronnie into the truck and locked the door.

"Hey! What's the big idea?!" Ronnie asked. "It's funny that you think I won't take the opportunity that's been presented to me. If I get rid of you, an executive officer spot will open in team Rocket and if I turn in this brat, I'll definitely be promoted!" John said. "You trash! You'll be kicked out of Team Rocket if The boss finds out!" Ronnie yelled.

"That's the thing. The boss won't know. I'll just say you were killed in an accident. The boss will surely believe me and if he ask the kid, do you really think he'll side with you?" John said as he got in the driver seat and started up the truck. He began to drive away from the Johto League Building. "Hey! Let me out! You traitor!" Ronnie shouted as he banged on the back of the truck. Ashton began to stir and woke up. "huh? Where am I?" He asked. He looked over and saw Ronnie. "Huh?! Why are you here?! What are you planning?!" Ashton shouted.

"Brat! I'm not planning anything! This Guy named John is planning on giving you up to the Boss and killing me!" Ronnie said. "Wow. That's not good at all? What do we do?" Ashton asked. "I don't know. He locked the door, so I cant bust out of here," Ronnie said. Ashton thought for a minute until he remembered something. He still had his PokeBalls on his belt. He grabbed a PokeBall off his belt and tossed it to the ground. Blastoise came out. "Blastoise, bust us out of here!" Ashton said. "Blastoise!" Blastoise said while nodding. Blastoise fired a beam of water at the back of the truck busting the door open. John heard the sound and stopped the truck.

Ashton and Ronnie jumped out of the truck and looked around. They weren't that far from the Johto League Building. "Let's go," Ashton said. Ronnie nodded and they started walking to the Johto League Building. "Not so fast!" John shouted. Ashton and Ronnie turned and glared at John said. "I'm tired of this guy," Ashton growled. "Same. He brings shame to Team Rocket's name," Ronnie said. "(That's the whole team's fault.)" Ashton thought. They both grabbed a PokeBall and tossed it to the ground. Ronnie sent out Arcanine and Ashton sent out Charizard.

"Use Flamethrower!" They both shouted. Charizard and Arcanine both shot beams of fire at John. "No!" John screamed as he was hit by the beams. He fell to the ground with burn marks all over him. "You'll... Pay," John said. Ronnie grabbed him and threw him in his truck. "I'll report you to the boss for attacking an executive officer and interfering with another members mission," Ronnie said. He turned to Ashton.

"You go back to the Johto League. I'll deal with his guy," Ronnie said. Ashton nodded and called Charizard back to it's Pokeball. He ran to the Johto League Building as fast as he could. Once he arrived, he was tired and out of breath. He walked into the main plaza and collapsed into a chair while breathing heavily. Toru and Justin walked in and saw him.

Ashton explained everything that happened. "I see. So, you were almost kidnapped and missed the Johto League. Glad you're back," Justin said. "Thanks. By the way, who won the match? I never got to watch it," Ashton asked. "Me," Toru said. Ashton grinned. "Well, give me a good battle Toru!" Ashton said. Toru nodded. The Intercom turned on suddenly. "We've now made it to the final round of the Johto League. Would the two trainers Ashton and Toru please make their way to the stadium?" The intercom asked.

"Let's go!" Ashton said. Toru nodded and the two trainers walked to the stadium while Justin walked to the stands. The final match of the Johto League was about to begin. Toru and Ashton were ready. One of them would leave the Johto League Building the Champion of the Johto League. Neither of them were prepared to lose.
