Tord smiled as he stopped his car and got out, breathing in as the chilly night air hit him in the face, cooling down the scars that littered one half of it and making his eyes sting. He looked over as his boyfriend, Tom, got it of the passenger side of the car and smiled softly at him. Tord walked past the car and up to where he had drove them: over a small cliff near their house. He sat down in the cool grass and stared off, sighing. Tom joined him, eventually, sitting next to him.
"Wow. You can see half of London from up here." Tom remarked. "Even the house."
"Yeah. This place is kind of special to me." Tord muttered as he stared down at the rebuilt house. To be honest, he could see where the two grass colors contridicted eachother from up here. The outer part was dark green, while the inner was light green and new. He looked down, seeing the bases of the grass blades that he was sitting on were singed still from all those years ago. He rubbed his robotic arm and looked back at Tom.
   "How is it special?"
"Well... look around..." Tord sighed and looked down again. Tom nodded and looked around, looking across to their house again.

"Wait... did... did you crash up here? After the incident?"
"Yeah..." Tord mumbled. He told Tom that he had to bring him somewhere important, forgetting that it was the fifth year anniversary of the infamous betrayal. Tom stood up, Tord watching him.
"What's wrong, Tommy?"
"It's... Why the hell are we here? You know that I hate remembering that stuff... and it's been five years since it happened today..." Tom looked away after his sudden snap. Tord slowly stood up as well.
"Tom, I'm sorry. I forgot. I.." Tord sighed. "I didn't mean to make you remember. This place is special to me because... well... when I crashed up here, I just sat here and looked at where the house used to be. I didn't care that my arm was bleeding perfusly and Pat and Paul said I should get back imminently or I may pass out. I just sat here, silent, and thought about what the hell I did and how much I fucked up. Because I realized something. You, Edd, and Matt are like my family. I was lucky you guys let me in... and I felt horrible for betraying that trust instantly." Tom looked away from Tord.

"What's your point...?"
"My point is that I realized how much you guys are important to me. Edd is like a little brother to me and he's the only one I follow command of. Matt may be annoying, sure, but he's still helpful with some kinds of advice. And... Tom.... you're the best thing that's ever happened to me. I love you to death, I've told you that so much, but I mean it. Ever since I met you I knew you were special. I didn't want to fight you every day of my life. I wanted to cuddle next to you and not move at all." Tord explained. Tom looked back up to him, confused a bit.

"We've been through so much. Through thick and thin. Through so many fights that I can't count them all. Through so many adventures and perils of death that they're all one big blur to me. And I don't want to ever loose you. I don't want to loose you to a fight, or to death itself. I want you to be mine forever." Tord smiled softly. Tom kept looking at him, confused, as Tord gulped softly and slowly got down, bending on one knee.
"So... Thomas... if you want the same... will you marry me?" Tord asked, pulling a box out of his jacket pocket that he had baught a few weeks earlier. He held it up to Tom and opened it up, revealing a diamond ring. Tom gasped, his eyes going white, as he took a small step back. Tord waited for the response, smiling hopefully at him, until Tom dove down and hugged him tightly, nuzzling into Tord's chest.
"Of course I will marry you, commie." Tom muttered playfully. Tord laughed and hugged him back tightly before pulling back a bit to put the ring on Tom's finger. Tom chuckled softly and hugged him again, making Tord sit back with the Brit on his lap. Tord rubbed his back and sighed happily, looking over the cliff again.

"I love you, Thomas. To death and back."
"Same here, Tordsie." Tom purred softly.
