Gracie looked around nonchalantly at the students and boldly asked,"Anyone else?"
Quiet.
Pin drop silence.
Gracie then turned to Melody,"Headmaster, since no one's coming up I'll assume i'm done here."
Then, she walked off, hundreds of curious eyes digging into her back.
Yet, she didn't seem to care.
Taking her seat next to Arceus, the people near them visibly moved away, be it respectful or frightened, Gracie didn't care.
Arceus was uncomfortable to say the least.
Seeing how easily Gracie had crushed that man's...without hesitancy, he was writing in phantom pain by just spectating.
Yet, he had feelings of admiration towards Gracie too.
"Awesome! You totally crushed him..." Realising the indirect joke he made, Arceus could only cringe painfully at the flashback.
"It's only instinct. Plus you were cool too." Gracie replied, smilingly.
Arceus could only awkwardly laugh.
Inside he thought 'How can I compare to such ruthlessness?'
Needless to say, the rest of the event was cancelled and rescheduled due to Gracie.
They were dismissed to their dorms.
Gracie, being Gracie had opted to pay the school for a private room.
Though expensive for normal people, her father had given her a substantial amount for her travels yet...with this room alone, and expenses prior, she had already used up half the amount.
After making arrangements with Arceus to hunt later, she went back to her dorm room where a familiar white headed girl greeted her.
Waving her hand, Belle drank her cup of tea,"Yo. How have you been?"
Gracie bowed,"Teacher. What brings you here?"
"Nothing much honestly, just checking on you. Plus, I need a small favour." Belle said while gesturing for Gracie to sit.
Sitting down, Gracie asked Belle,"What do you need teacher?"
"I have currently created a few gods to take my place mainly those you see in churches like Hestia, Lugh, Freya...and a few hundred more to take command. Like I promised myself, I want to relax for a bit. After creating the world my leg cramped a bit." Belle said, stretching, making satisfied sounds.
"What is teacher's will?"
"I've decided to stay here for a bit to relax. The overseer has been informed of my arrival and won't interfere. I'll just be needing a room here..." Belle finished.
Gracie was puzzled,"Why does teacher need to ask? Surely something this trivial is common curtesy for a student."
"Thanks then. Well as thanks i'll help you out a bit. Oh yeah. Gracie, there's no need to rush your training to becoming stronger. I have quite a few people running around helping me out so it'll be okay for the next couple thousand years." Belle said as she downed the final bit of tea in her cup.
"I'll fulfil two of your wishes so long as I can afford it." Belle showed two fingers.
"Well...I'm in need of a companion...As for the other wish...rain check?"
