BANG!

Sebastian kicked the door in, a head of white visible to him.

He saw Belle.

She had twin streaks flowing down her cheeks, a small smile showing content as she looked to Sebastian.

She mouthed something, too weak to speak.

He knew exactly what she said, even if he could not hear it.

BOOM!

The pike exploded forward with unprecedented force, driving itself into Belle's abdomen.

"BELLE!" Sebastian screamed, falling to his knees as his arm was stretched out towards him.

She flopped forward lifelessly, blood oozing out freely from her mouth.

His eyes were bloodshot, clearly driven over the edge.

"NICHOLAS! YOU BASTARDDDD!" He felt like a part of him had been lost when the nail entered Belle.

A part he felt could never be recovered.

The one time he had fallen for a girl, was the one time he never said those three words to her.

Even if those before were insincere, he still felt a sense of unfairness.

"Hestia. We strike now."

"Eros!"

"Asherah!"

"Belionia!"

"Elistia!"

"Noppanrastice!"

Sebastian looked up, his eyes widened as multiple people radiating a pressure unlike any he had ever felt before appeared.

It was millions of times stronger than the one the headmaster gave off.

His arms gave way as he slumped to the floor, unable to move nor talk.

It was as if he was in the presence of gods.

"Brothers and sisters! She has been weakened! It is time to strike down while we can and wrest our freedom from her hands! We have been waiting millennia for this!"

"Aye!" Numerous cheers rang out as power radiated off them, striking Belle.

"NOW! RELEASE YOUR POWER!" One of the men roared mightily.

The dust settled.

"I think...We've done it!"

"HOH! We're free! We're free to do what we want!"

"Yes!"

Then, an eerie laugh sounded, it sounded like a woman's.

"Heh. Hehe. Puny deities."

"B-Belle?" Sebastian whispered, almost inaudibly, he saw her die.

It couldn't be her.

"W-what?!" One of the gods shouted.

"Do you think me stupid? I've known you were going to rebel. As a matter of fact, I implemented it in you. Hehe. Ah, it's a cruel fate for you but I'm sure the ones after you will be more in line, no?~"

"No...No!" One of the women cried out, falling to her knees,"We're..."

"Sorry? Bah! Sorry won't cut it! Besides, I hate loose ends. And you've made the gravest mistake of them all.  $@&#%¥€#&@€£##. Now what kind of god will I make next?"

The voice faded away.

The men and women did too, cries of agony and screams of anger and unfairness were mixed with begging.
