Adventurer's Tavern.
"Eh bartender~ Get me another drink yeah?" Gracie shouted.
"Miss, you've had quite a few already...Don't you think-" The bartender, a concerned man asked.
"Shuddup okay? Just get me another drink kay?" Gracie shouted, slamming her fist on the table.
"Alright..."
"Twenty...No...Thirty people? What am i counting again? Oh? Why are there so many people?" Gracie said as she stared at a group of people playing poker.
"Here, your drink."
"O-kay~Here's the money bartender~" Gracie said sleepily as she raised the mug high in the air.
"Bottoms up!" Gracie shouted, as she downed the drink.
"OHHH!" The people in the bar replied.
Recently, Gracie had been visiting the bar to relieve her emotions, a better way to say it would be to hide away from her feelings, a sort of escapism if you might.
It had been a month since Belle left and in that month, she had committed several acts of delinquency that has left the entire school shaken.
She has: injured over ten teachers to the point three resigned, picked unreasonable fights with random students ending up with them being serious injured, thrashed the school when the headmaster tried to reprimand her, almost destroyed the training centre when the head overseer tried to subdue her.
Furthermore, her examinations which were happening just days after Belle left had been done so horribly that she dropped from first to last place.
Her appearance had changed from the previously cold and beautiful girl to a rogue, unkempt, cold-hearted person who does things on impulse, nearly breaking the school without remorse, refusing to bend the knee even in defeat.
Gracie laughed in a maniacal manner in one moment, before tears dripped down from her eyes in the next.
Then, she flew up in a fit of rage, shouting madly at every small thing before slumping down lifelessly, muttering incoherently to herself.
Then, recently, the head overseer couldn't handle it anymore, expelling her from the school despite numerous requests from Arceus.
The head overseer actually agreed but Gracie just stood up and spat before him before saying,"Who needs your support? I'll manage myself you old fu*k. I don't need guidance. I will never acknowledge you as a teacher or superior. There is only one person who is fit for that role." Before walking out on him.
Chestnut had been unsummoned by her and she packed her things, leaving the very next day.
Slamming the mug down, Gracie shouted once again,"One more!"
Then, the door to the tavern opened.
Arceus stalked in angrily.
He stood before Gracie who was still completely ignorant of his existence.
He raised his hand and closed his eyes and slapped Gracie.
Gracie's head moved with his hand.
She looked up angrily at Arceus,"Oi! You picking a fight?"
