Training Centre.

"This is how the defensive segment works. I have sealed my power to ten levels lower than yours. With every minute, it will increase. All you need to do is either bear the full brunt of my attacks with any magic or weapon or parry it away. Once I deem yoy unable to fight, i'll stop. Easy enough?"

"Nn." Gracie replied.

Though she knew there definitely was a catch to it, she couldn't tell what exactly the catch was.

"Right. I'm coming then." Belle hollered cheerfully, dashing forward, an sword in both hands.

They were small daggers.

Running forward, Belle raised the daggers.

Gracie took out [Dancing Obsidian] and prepared for a fight.

Swinging up, she felt her sword hit air, not Belle's sword.

With her perception, she felt a something beside her.

Belle had in actuality feinted the downward strike, using her left leg to push her up and to the side.

Slashing, it was a direct hit at Gracie's side with the other being blocked by Gracie's sword.

"Hm? Not bad..."

"Don't look down on me!" Gracie gave a roar of determination as she parried away the dagger.

Belle jumped back with a somersault and rushed forward, this time, a giant battle axe in her hand.

Swinging it horizontally with both hands, Gracie's strength barely blocked it.

Gracie vomited out a mouthful of blood as she felt the vibration of Belle's attack through [Dancing Obsidian] though majority of it had already been dispersed.

She had no idea how Belle could overpower her even with the huge level difference.

Slamming the axe down, Belle caused a huge shockwave, sending Gracie flying backwards.

Gracie landed on her two feet, grasping [Dancing Obsidian] unsteadily.

"[Wave Castle]!" Gracie shouted.

Though it could restrain a person, it could also protect a person from incoming attacks depending on its usage.

Belle smirked and easily cleaved through the spell with pure brute force.

Gracie was standing in the middle, gasping for air as she felt her mana being drained to keep the castle up.

Meanwhile, Belle had already managed to barge in.

The axe disappeared and within her hands, she held a blunt steel staff, about her height of one point five meters.

Gracie saw Belle's figure and chanted the seventh tier defensive earthen magic,"[Granite Wall]!"

Belle charged forward, jumping at the last moment before cleaving down with her staff, cracking the wall into pieces as if it were mere dirt.

"A minute's up! Jumping one level!" Belle hollered.

With the staff in one hand, Belle charged towards Gracie who was holding the sleek sword.
