Arc 2- Nature Hills

Dwarf Mountain
3rd Person POV

When Bell had arrived at the Nature Hills realm, it was already nightfall.

Eager to check in with the dwarves, he climbed the mountain with delight, relishing in the cold air brushing pass his face.

"This scent in the air, it's extraordinary...it calms my nerves and gives me a sense of tranquil..." Bell stood atop the summit, hair blowing in the wind, staring upwards at the fluffy clouds floating lazily across the blue sky.

Back when he was the [Monarch God] he was used to the walls seemingly confining him to a small space, though it was spacious, the luxurious air it gave out made people feel suffocated.

Now, after such a long time, fresh air was a new thing to him.

To him, it was them best he had felt in a long time.

Refreshed, Bell took out a card that read 'Benefactor of Dwarves' and held it out chanting,"Mining and Beer is all one needs." Around him, runes started to appear and glowed a brilliant gold colour.

"Quincy my man, are you still around?" Bell asked himself.

All around Bell, the world went white.

Seconds later, Bell found himself in a cavern.

Bell saw a sign pointing towards a direction with the words 'Residence' on it and went in that direction.

Soon after, he came across a small village. Houses lined the paved road and the lamps were shining brightly in the dark cavern.

However, no one was around.

At first, Bell thought people were not in that side of the town and walked around.

Alas, everywhere he went, not a single soul was in sight.

It seemed as if everyone disappeared in a flash, leaving everything in perfect condition.

Then, frustrated, Bell started to open the houses looking for clues but again, nothing of significance was found.

"Where could they have gone? Maybe they left this cavern? Wait no, if they did then they would have taken their things..." Bell thought to himself, bewildered.

All he knew was that this was not a good omen.

He kept on searching and finally, stopped at the biggest house in the town.

A calling it a mansion would suffice.

Opening the door, he looked inside, he had not expected much, at this point he would be more surprised if he found something than if he didn't.

His eyebrows raised in surprise.

Inside were hundreds of dwarves sitting around, ashen-faced eating rations.

He opened the door and said,"Are you all alright?"

The dwarves all jumped back and cowered in a corner staring at Bell, fear evident on their faces.

"I come in peace." Bell said, not waiting for their answers and holding his hands up in the air.

This made the dwarves relax little but their eyes were still filled with apprehension.

An elderly dwarf walked up from a side room and came to Bell saying,"May I ask who you are?" fear and evident anger in his tone.

Bell took one look at this dwarf and his eyes widened.
