"Unbelievable." I mutter, irritated,"I get to learn magic and fight and I still have to go to school? What kind of messed up world is this?"

Picking up my bag, I trod out the door only see Noah walking away.

"Noah! Wait up!" I shout as I hurry to his side.

He sees me running and increases his pace, I start sprinting till I reach his side,"Woah! Not cool. Why'd you not wait for me?"

Noah turns to me, his face completely serious,"Don't talk to me. Don't ever talk to me again. I never want to see you again." He stalks away.

I run after him,"Noah! What's wrong?! What the hell!"

Noah stops in his tracks,"Yeah. Mum was right. We're all just pawns. Just pieces of a game for her amusement. The further I get away from you, the better. You're a freak. Your parents are freaks. Freaks have no place in this world. Magic is fake. And it always will be! It's all science. Science is what makes sense. Not magic." Noah gives me one last blank look as he walks away, leaving me speechless.

I stand there, unable to do anything other than watch as my only friend go.

"Noah..." My hand reaches out in protest, my eyes welling up.

"No. Not now Vi. Tough it out. He's just going through a phase." I breathed silently as I walked into the schools halls.

I keep my head down, trying not to attract attention, but with Noah gone, I'm practically prey for them.

"Hey pink freak! Did big Noah leave you all alone? Awww c'mon, we can be your wittle friends too!" Baron mocks me, I keep my head down, not wanting to deal with it right now.

I can hear their laughter, their joy from my sorrow.

"Hey! Freak! I'm talking to you!" Baron yells,"Boys!"

Ugh.

I stop dead in my tracks as his lackeys block my path.

"Baron was talking to you. He ain't finished yet." One of the lackeys says threateningly.

Time to put the training to good use I guess.

I punch out at both of them, sending them flying farther than I could ever imagine, blood sprays everywhere as deafening silence filled the room.

I seem them writhing in pain on the floor, their faces twisted in unimaginable agony.

I turned to Baron,"I'm not in a good mood right now. I've had quite enough of your pushing your anger onto me. Piss off before I make you."

Baron nods in fear, running away with his tail between his legs as I watch in mild irritation.

"Tch." I realised what I've done yet I feel nothing but relief.

Like a prisoner being released from prison, I walk down the corridor, students parting way for me like the Red Sea.

"Now Miss Trinity. We are a feeder school into Ivy League schools. I cannot have this kind of behaviour from your child! I cannot understand why she did what she did! It's insane! She put two innocent kids into the hospital with four broken ribs!" I hear my principal say.
