Kingston Secondary.
"Yo Ryan! You up for lunch together?" Lucas shouted.
"Yeah sure. Where to?"
"Where else? The canteen. The last time we tried sports we were stared at like specimens. Hopefully, the canteen people are more gracious." Lucas complained.
"Hah! Those news guys? They're all over this. They've been forcing me to remember stuff. Ugh."
"Well, it is how it is. At least we're home eh? Ah! You saved the seats! Thanks!" Lucas jumped into his seat and dug into the sandwich he bought as did Ryan.
"Hey isn't that the group of returnees?"
"It's them!"
"Oh my gosh look at the blonde guy, he's cute!"
"News club, we need more info on them!"
May sighed,"Is it just me or is there particularly more of them today?"
"Yeah, the school opens itself twice a year to new students, once for graduating students, another for those who want to transfer. Today's the transfer day."
"You'd think this place would have less gossip with it being a place of education and all."
"Eh? Why has the place gone quiet?" Angeline asked as she looked around.
"Lucas, six o'clock." Ryan whispered.
Lucas turned around and saw Belle walking in without a care.
She was of course, followed by four burly men in suits.
"Morning! How are ya'll doing?" Belle greeted.
"What are you doing here? Didn't he say we couldn't meet you?" Jason hissed.
"He said you couldn't meet me but not the other way round. Anyways, I just came here to pass you a things." Belle snapped her fingers.
The guards produced six checks.
"All one point five million dollars. Check it in anytime alright? It's been explained to your parents already. Oh and Gracie's joining you later."
"Yeah thanks...Wait what was that last part?"
"Gracie's joining us? What for?!" Ryan shouted,"Eh...Uh...Sorry everyone..." He apologised to the crowd that seemed to focus in on Belle.
"She wanted this. Plus, we just flew to America and did a short tour. So now she wants to start school while I find a place to crash. I'm thinking the Royal Penthouse Suite?"
Cheryl spurted out juice from her mouth,"The Royal P-penthouse Suite?!"
"What's that?" May asked.
"I-it's one of the most expensive suites in the world! I think it was like eighty thousand a night?"
"A-are you insane? Spending the money the prime minster gave you-"
"Oh no, I don't need money. The guy owes me a few favours. I can stay there indefinitely." Belle yawned,"We'll just take a private jet here every morning. It's fine~"
"Ugh. You try way too hard to impress her. Even I'm jealous." Ryan muttered.
Belle's face lit up like a Christmas tree,"W-who said I was trying to impress her!"
"Your face says it all. For someone so strong, you really can express emotion."
"S-shut it!" Belle's face was hidden by her hair but it was clear to everyone that she was getting redder by the second.
