Evergreen City.
Gracie had entered into the city known only as Evergreen.
As its name implies, the city was surrounded by lush woods and had flora and fauna growing everywhere.
It was ruled by Faunicus Belsos Credo XII.
Under his ruling, the Credo Empire, which Evergreen City was under, boomed.
Economy was at an all time high and surrounding kingdoms were all on friendly terms.
Gracie walked around town, admiring the fantastical views.
As the king was an avid lover of the arts, the city had been painted vibrantly.
Architects working for the king had created beautiful buildings the compliment the sculptures that emitted a sense of grandeur.
Today was the day of the selection for the prestigious schools in the Credo Empire.
Of the many schools, there were seven elites.
Even within the schools, a monarchy could be distinguished.
These seven schools were:
Emperyus Academy
Constellation Academy
Militarium Regarus School
Zeal Royal Academy
St. Florenst Grand Academy
Legendary Smiting School
Grand Magistrate
Each school had their specialities with the Grand Magistrate leading in magical items research, the smithing school catered for blacksmiths which led the production of magical items and charms etcetera.
Gracie walked towards the place the large crowd was pooling.
Looking around, only young faces could be seen.
It was obvious this was the place of the first area of selection.
A man dressed in black came up and blocked off the street alongside many troops with the royal emblem on their chest.
"Let the selection commence for the grand academies of Evergreen City. A test. As long as one has talent, this gate will recognise it. A person at level twenty and above will be able to enter the selection zone. Afterwards, each academy will carry out further testing. Please step through one by one."
Whispers amongst the crowd broke out.
"I heard the Prince Arceus is taking the exam! He's like level 170! How did he get so strong!"
"He obviously had help from his parents! They're directly under the command of King Belsos!"
Gracie ignored the prevalent gossip and queued up.
The man dressed in black was a cynical character at first glance but was actually a man who cared dearly and was kind.
"Level: Twenty-Five. Affinity, Fire and Earth. Pass. Next!"
