Trident City.

It was night.

The group was led by the hooded figure whom they found out was named Lisa to Trident city whilst Avagon stayed behind.

He needed to take care of the coronation ceremony and several implications of taking over the throne.

If people found out about this, they would freak at how easily this bunch handled things which would normally make a normal person frightened to no end.

Swerving through the large crowd of mermen and mermaids, they were the target of many odd stares but no one ever came forward to them.

"This way." Lisa spoke as they went into an alley hidden in the midst of the loud marketplace.

They came across a steel door.

Lisa knocked on it with a specific kind of knock.

Two light taps and one heavy tap.

The door quietly opened and a guard bowed to them, inviting them in.

Within there, was a staircase that led deeper underground.

Being led by Lisa, they walked down the stairs.

What they found at the bottom of the stairs was another door with quiet jazz playing from behind it.

Opening it, they saw rows and rows of steel tables and leather seats occupied by people mostly wearing leather garbs, armed to the teeth with contraptions of different kinds.

They sat down at the bar and the bartender came up to them.

It was a merman dressed smartly in a black tux.

"Hello esteemed guests, welcome to Rogue Clique. May I take your order?" He said animatedly.

"Give me your best. Five of them." Lisa said, waving him off.

"Oh Lisa! You're with them? Why didn't you tell me? Boss says the drinks for you and your friends are all on the house!" The man told Lisa,"You know he really has fallen for you Lisa...why not give him a chance?"

"Tell him I'm not interested in being another little wifey for him and he can die for all I care." She replied to his question coldly.

"Ouch! Cold as always. I'll get your drinks ready!" The man shouted, laughing as he walked away.

Minutes later, the drinks came and Rica couldn't hold it in any longer.

"Why are we here? We have a God about to wreak havoc in Oceania Reefs Lisa! An actual living, breathing god!" Rica hissed.

"We're here to find recruits. We can't face her alone. Am I correct?" Nathan spoke aloud.

"Nn. Fighting a millenniums old god is beyond us. Our best bet is to find the sturdiest fighters here." Gracie continued.

"Gracie! We are talking about a power difference so huge- so incredibly impossible that even quantity wouldn't make up for it. What say a few rogues who have say a few achievements under their belt? Hell, even S ranked adventurers from your world would be hard pressed to withstand a light punch from her!" Jamie shouted, frustrated.

"I know. And that's why we're here for someone."

"Who?"

"You'll see. We need to finish our drinks first before going in. It's a tradition of his." Lisa said before downing the rest of her drink in one gulp.

The others followed through with a Gracie gagging a little due to her intolerance with alcohol but with the help of her being at the Overlord level, it wore off soon enough making the group wonder, just how much these people had to drink to get that drunk.
