Craw's Mansion.

Belle sat on the couch, resting her feet on the coffee table.

"Go bring lover boy out." Belle said.

Rica nodded and left.

Rica brought Jamie out and they sat opposite of Belle.

"So, lover boy, i'm not sure if you know this but my disciple and I had an arrangement."

Jamie shook his head, signalling to Belle that he was unaware.

"Well, five years back, we made an agreement. I told her I was leaving. For good. She could either stay behind with you or leave with me. So, Rica, your answer?"

Rica had her head down low, keeping quiet.

"Bah! I could tell from a mile away you'd be unwilling to answer. Okay then, new rule, silence means you want to stay." Belle spat out.

"Wait! Teacher...I...I-give me some time to discuss with Jamie!" Rica suddenly shouted out, anxiety written all over her face.

"How long?"

"Just...ten minutes or so..."

"Okay. Make it quick then." Belle replied.

Rica nodded and brought Jamie away.

In the room.

"Rica...sweetheart, just go with Miss Trinity...exploring the realms with a world-class figure is once in a lifetime..." Jamie said, comforting Rica.

"But...but...you..." Rica stammered.

"Don't worry about me. I'll be fine as long as you lead a good life." Jamie replied, hugging Rica tightly, tears threatening to fall.

"B-but!" Rica helplessly retorted, unable to reply.

Holding Rica's arm, they walked back into the living room.

When Belle saw the sight, she sighed, putting her hand to her forehead and holding it there.

Putting two fingers on display, she said,"Two."

"What?" Jamie replied, confused.

"I have only two suggestions. One, you let Rica leave with me or, you leave with her."

Rica stopped sobbing, staring at Belle she asked,"Really?"

"There's always a catch." Jamie replied, confident Belle wouldn't be this generous.

"I've been called sadistic every once in a while, tortured a girl till she broke. Killed a guy cause he pissed me off. Bottom line's that I like to see a little pain and suffering once in a while, maybe a miracle or two." Belle casually said, making Rica and Jamie shiver.

The room felt as if it had dropped in temperature.

It felt ice cold.

"What do you want me to do?" Jamie questioned apprehensively.

"Simple really, it's not for personal gain or anything. Get to paragon level." Belle once again nonchalantly replied, closing her eyes and yawning.

"W-what! It's impossible!" Rica shouted, she knew her being at the paragon level was something Belle could make happen but Jamie on his own?

Impossible.

"Look at yourself? You're a paragon aren't ya? Plus, you did it in a year so a year it is. Paragon level in a year. Either you leave with her, you both leave or I leave alone. Simple as pie."
