The next day.
Gracie and Arceus were exercising in the training centre, mainly to help Gracie adjust to her new armament.
Arceus was training his flexibility, using the time to hone his skills on ways to dodge projectiles.
Gracie was doing pull-ups one armed with gravity magic, a variation of earth magic, set on maximum.
"Three hundred and eighty nine! Three hundred and ninety!" Gracie gritted her teeth as she pulled herself up, around twenty thousand kilograms of gravitational pull acting on her.
The spectators who knew what happened yesterday were actively discussing it.
She had lost her left arm yesterday, trying to subjugate a sword yet today she had appeared, arm fully intact and had seemed to become stronger than before?
With the fast spreading news through the gossiping students, the news of the Goddess with a head of white hair was the hottest subject within groups.
A girl who was looked younger than even the second years who made a living legend like the head overseer of Emperyus Academy act submissive was definitely not a normal person.
So it begged the question:
What was the relationship between this mysterious Goddess and Gracie?
Questions were raised, yet no answers came out.
But one thing was almost certain.
That arm of Gracie's was most definitely the work of that Goddess.
"Four hundred! Done!" Gracie dropped down on the ground, satisfied.
The bar made of adamantite was groaning as Gracie released her grip on it as if grateful that she had stopped.
Looking at the bar made of one of the hardest metals available being bent, nothing could be felt besides awe.
"You done G?" Arceus asked as he finished his lap.
"Yeah. I'm good for today. You?" Gracie replied, walking to Arceus.
"Same here. Catch, fresh from the tap." Arceus said as he tossed Gracie a flask of water.
"Thanks." Gracie replied as she greedily gulped down the refreshing drink.
"Chestnut, want some?" Gracie pushed the flask into Chestnut's mouth.
It gulped down just as readily, lapping it up.
"Where to?" Arceus asked they walked out of the training centre together.
"We should probably head to the arena. Earn some money while we're at it yeah?"
"Right."
The arena was a not one would imagine once someone heard about it.
Instead of your standard colosseum like building, stage in the middle, spectator stands at the side, it was instead a colossal project made in conjuncture with the seven academies and several other smaller schools to make a place where one could gain fighting experience while profiting.
That was exactly what people did.
They made a divine armament on an unprecedented scale and imbued several personalised magics into it.
