I phoned my mom whilst at the beach and asked her to call off the arrangement and after a while of persuading her she agreed. I told her about how me and Holly are together and think it'll be best if we wait until I'm ready to propose and then continue our lives from there.
I already had the ring. I just needed the perfect moment.
