SR : part 97

Several months passed...

Wala na akong mahihiling pa. The family I'm dreaming to have before, wishes granted. Sobra sobra pa.

Red turns out to be the most loving and caring husband. As Hopie grown up to be the sweetest girl.

But daddies girl.

She's always ready on the front door as the clock strikes at six.

She knows it kahit pa hindi ko sabihin..

And there, she would welcome her dad with big smile, open arms.

"Hello cutie patutie" malalaking hakbang ni Red upang tanggapin ang nakaabang na yakap ni Hopie.

"Daddy" her cute little voice.

"Hey Honey" as he placed a kiss on my lips. I get his things from his hand and hug him while Hopie in his arms.

"Kamusta ang araw mo? " Malambing na tanong ko.

"Always good coz I'm inspired----How are you two in here. Di ba nag kulit tong cutie patutie na to" he kiss her little forehead.

Hopie rested her head on his daddy's shoulder.

"Pag di nag kulit yan. That's new. Pero she's learning to eat on her own. I let her" kwento ko.

"Wow---that's amazing. Is that true baby" nag angat ng ulo si Hopie sabay sundot sa ilong ng daddy nito.

"What da? ---- She's playing my nose again" Hopie's favorite thing to do. Kutingtingin ang muka ng daddy nito.

"Na mis ka lang niya. Come on----magbihis ka na then we'll eat dinner" then we went upstairs.

After dinner ay umakyat din naman kami kaagad. Ako para patulugin si Hopie.

At ito----hinarap ang laptop.

"Working again" puna ko.

"Mabilis lang to honey" sagot nito na hindi inaalis ang mga sa screen.

Nag kibit balikat nakang ako. He never bring his work at home. Just now.

Sabi nga niya---whole day niya ay sa work. The rest ay sa amin na.

Pero ngayon----ay sighed.

Nakatulog nakang ako at alam kong hindi parin natapos si Red sa ginagawa nito.

I woke up, found him beside me. His arms circling my waist while his head on my neck.

Dahan dahan kong inalis ang braso nito saka umalis sa tabi nito.

It's almost five am. Ako na ang nagluluto since I came back. Si manang sa ibang household chores.

Mabait naman si Hopie basta alam niyang she's not alone. Wag lang mag tantrums.

Then he's phone vibrated...

I look at it.

A girl named Elizabeth pop out on the screen.

Two missed calls and three messages.

Cab you drop by tomorrow?

We have to talk about it?

We can't delay this matter. Hope to see you ASAP.

Sino si Elizabeth?

Bakit kailangan nilang magkita?
