The stand user pulls out their phone , to check the time.
"Ok, 1...2...3!" The user counted down.
Jojo jumps hearing something hit the floor behind them. They quickly turned around and saw a bucket ground and their shoes now wet.
"So close, but at least I got the time right" the stand user said.

Appearance -
Bluish grey clock with only one glowing purple hour hands on it.
On the back of the clock is a set of metallic feather wings. Each feather has a random set of numbers on them ranging from 1-12.
Where glowing purple hour hands lands, sets it time jump ability.

Ability -
Time jump-
"Moving on" special ability is that it is able to send objects anywhere between 1-12 minutes into the future.
Can used this to create traps, by sending obstacles or weapons forward in time.
For example:
dropping an object and before it hits the ground, send it a minute into the future . Lure your enemy to the spot where the item was, and then the object will appear dropping on top of them or slamming into them.
The user uses "moving on" to smuggle contraband. At a check point search the user sends contraband into the future , and just waits for it reappear after the search is over.
Weakness -
No direct combat ability. Requires a relatively precise sense of timing to use effectively, has to be very cautious of miscalculation.
Time jump can only go forward in time, not back.
If an enemy can figure out "moving on" ability, they can just wait for the user to reappear. Using their own time jump against them. Unless touching, only the user can jump forward in time.
If the user uses it to jump forward in time, "moving on" will go through a cool down period. Preventing any more jumps, until the cool down is over.
Note the cool down period does not apply to objects.
