Appearance -
Athletic humanoid stand, with mostly baby blue skin but with a series of red lighting marks across the limbs. With a big red diagonal line across the chest.
On its wrist & ankles are red thread mark patterns.
Its face is hidden apart from the mouth by a helmet-like covering adorned with a mohawk-like row of short spikes.

Reving up-
When Red line touch something in multiple times in quick succession, the object/person will instantly accelerate in the direction they moved towards.
Reving up can be used on objects for range attacks. For example, Red Line tapping something 3 times in a row but the fourth tap will send the object flying in the direction of us pushed towards.
This can be used throw off enemies by making them move in ways they didn't want.
Like tapping them and if the step back they will be pulled back at high speed, or if jump they will be knocked up in the air.
Weakness -
Close range stand ability, vulnerable to range attacks.
Reving up requires an object to be touched in quick succession, this can be used against its user. Like preventing Red Line from touching things, they can't rev things up.
If an enemy can figure out Red Line ability, they can use it against its user. Like using reving to increase their own attacks and use it against them.
