To use chemical catalyst, the user needs to have some idea or basic understanding on the kind of reaction that may happen.
Must have some knowledge of an object chemical make up, also limited to The surrounding environment.
The chemical reactions caused while potent, will immediately use up the elements used for said reaction. Leaving nothing left to use.
Can only use the elements available to create a chemical reaction.
