Appearance -

Tall humanoid stand covered by dark grey diagonal diamonds pattern, reached separated by a white grid line.

It has neck, shoulders, and other joints are covered by dark blue armour.

It's eyes are dark night blue, it has vestigial bat like wings on its back.

Sequence -

When frame by frame moves, it creates what appears to be a series of partly translucent after images. This is despite the facts they will still form when "Frame by frame" is just walking.

What really is happening ,is this stand creates  Quantum displace copies of it's self , that can only exist with in physical contact of where it previously was. Like a film or camera frames .

To visualize the stand in action, imagine the blurs of moving objects in photograph or video. The motion blue effect.

Frame by frame, can create a trail of sequence copies. With the older ones disappearing, being absorbed to the newer one eventually to the original.

When the sequence copies are absorbed, it transfers kinetic force to the next copy eventual to the original. The stand can use this to momentarily power up its strikes and travel speed.

For examples: if "Frame by frame" goes for a running punch, a trail of five sequences copies will fallow. The moment frame by frame's fist makes contact with its target, it quickly absorbs all the copies at once. All the built up energy made by each of the copies will be released, upon instant contact. Giving the one strike much more force, launching it forward.

Weakness -

Close range stand vulnerable to range attacks, mediocre power.

Frame by frame quantum displace copies can still get hit ,  10% of the damage will transfer to the user which can build up over time.

Sequence copies can not fight, only the true stand can. The trail of copies makes it easy to spot. There is the upper limit on the number of sequences copies.

Since the copy can only exist with in physical contact of "Frame by frame" the trail of copies make it easier to track it.

To create Sequence copies takes up the user stamina, and requires constant movement. With the more copies created taking up more energy from the user.

Has to move to create sequence copies, if immobilize it can not.
