Appearance -
Takes the foam of a long single edged knife. The blade is a pale blue, with the edges appearing to be made of clear ice.
The handle is made of polished white wood.

Ability -
Acts and behaved as a sharp knife, that can hurt stands.
Frozen reflection -
What ever is reflected in the blade will be frozen in place.
Anyone who is caught in the blade reflection will not be able to move. The effected person will lose control of any body part caught in the blade reflection, that part will be paralyzed so long as it's in the blade.
Can also freeze non-living items, like projectiles or debris . For example if Cold chisel's user can react fast enough, they can even freez bullets in mid-air.
Weakness-
Fighting power dependent on the user's own fighting skill.
Can only freeze things directly reflected in the blade, so needs at least some kind of light source even a low one.
The user has to be make sure their targets is reflected, any tilt risk them unfreezing.
