appearance-
Humanoid stand, with padding on its legs and forearms akin to sports gear. It's has yellow skin, but has black lightning shape markings on the sides of its torso & face.
There is a black line running horizontally over electric avenue white eyes. It's mouth is covered by a ninja like mask.

Ability-
Superconductivity-
the Stand & the user become a living superconductors. This will gives user the various properties of a superconductor.
Magnetic expulsion -
through the Meissner-effect, Electric avenue can create an invisible field of anti magnetic repulsion . Which they can use in a variety of ways.
They can use it to levitate off the ground by rapidly repelling the earth magnetic fields.
Can be used to redirect ambient static electricity, to flow around the Electric Avenue.
Rail gun-
Can also used it to rapidly repel magnetically charged objects (namely metal) to uses as high speed projectiles. Giving electric avenue a formidable range attack.
The Stand can charge an objects then repulsed them, with the Meissner-effect.
(I vaguely understand how the Meissner-effect work, this is my best interpretation)
Weakness-
With magnetic expulsion, the can only repel metal objects not attract. It works on things with a semi-finals strong or noticeable magnetic charges. It works best in naturally magnetic metals iron/nickle/cobalt, but could be on items that are magnetically charged.
The items are magnetically charged so long as Electric Avenue is touching them. One leaves contact it returns to their natural charge.
The user rail gun while powerful is very slow, with a low fire rate.
