Appearance -
Humanoid with very dark blue skin, across it's body are patterned white rhinestones. The rhinestones give off a soft glow.
It's eyes are flood lights.

Ability -
Glow-
Is able to make objects glow light up, upon physical contact.
By touching or hitting an object, the object will emits a sustain light. The brightness & longevity of the light is dependent on how long/hard the stand touch or hit something.
The harder "shine a light" hits something the longer the thing will glow.
For example:
Tapping a rock will make it glow for a couple seconds, but punching it will make it glow for minutes.
The user can use this to track people down, because the light they now give off. The close they move to the target, the brighter the rhinestones on "shine a light" will glow.
Flash bang-
The user can either have the light stay lit longer, or have go off instantly in a very bright and intense flash.
The flash bang can stun enemies, temporarily blinding them. The flash bang will deal some heat damage to what ever it was on.
Weaknesses-
Pretty weak durability and in close up fighting.
Can not make the user themselves glow.
The brighter the light is , the shorter the time it has to stay lit.
