Appearance -
A lean scrawny humanoid stand, dressed in black robe. It's dressed in a leather outfit., that's is mostly black with white outlines.Insane in the brain, wears a black hood with a white interior.
On each the wrist is a series of clear glass vials strapped on. Each of the vials contain a silver like metallic liquid.
On it chest it has a white silhouette of a dead tree.

Mercury mist-
The liquid contain in insane in the brain vials, when released cause temporary changes to a person behavior & mental state. The main effect is to make it hard to focus and mood swings.
Basically the symptoms of mercury poisoning.
Mercury mist can be released by cracking vials on it's wrist, with the mist released in form of a cloud of silver mist. It kicks in when either the victim breaths it in or, if it touch enough expose skin.
The severity of the mist symptoms, depends on the concentration and amount exposed. Based on mad hatter syndrome.
The vials can also be thrown, acting like tear gas. Like tear gas, the vital can leak and infect large groups of people at once.
Is able to create thick a smoke screen to escape.
In the brain-
When released in small amounts, by cracking one of the vials and letting it seep out. It effects a person mental states in subtle but distracting symptoms.
Symptoms: timidity, depression, low confidence, confusion, fatigue.
In the membrane -
This is when the mist is released in a large or concentrated amount, by completely smashing a vial. The symptoms are more server and even debilitating.
Symptoms : short term memory loss, delirium, hallucinations, violent mood swings.
Weakness -
Low durability & precision.
Has little control of how the mist flows out, the mist is vulnerable to wind.
Skin exposure is less reliable, and may require pre planning.
The user is immune to the effects of the mist, although they have to be very wary of their allies. They have to be very careful when using it in enclosed spaces.
