Humanoid stand resembling a mummy with light purple bandages.
It's eyes are cover in a shades, and it wears a necklace of poker chips.

Dehydration-
Can cause objects to shrivel up and shrink in size, as if they were dehydrated.
Objects that have been dehydrated are lighter and easier to pick up. The user can return dehydrated items to their original form, without any ill effects.
Dehydration objected in most cases are noticeable more fragile.
Mummification -
If the stand manage to cut or break a person skin, the areas around the wound will become dry & dead like a mummy. The mummified parts, are effectively paralyzed being unable to move on their own.
Weakness -
Close range, require contact for ability to take effect. The bigger an object the longer contact has to be for it to completely dehydrate.
A major weakness is if anything dehydrated will be returned to normal, by being mostly covered in water. If water is applied to mummified wounds, it will be returned to its natural state.
Mummified can only be activated if Low desert can break a person skin.
Making the dehydration ability less effective in areas with lot of water.
