Health arrows -
First cut's arrows does more damage to someone, the healthier or undamaged they are.
The first arrow that lands a hits, does a substantial amount of damage. But every arrow that lands after does less damaged, becoming less effective over time.
NOTE: when the arrows hit a non-living object, it behaves as a normal arrow consistently.
Weakness -
Low physical power & durability. While having formidable range attacks & accuracy, is very vulnerable in close range combat.
Is less effective on people who are already injured or damaged.
