Take the form of a floating legless humanoid , made of dark smoke. With only noticeable facial features being its bright glowing eyes.

obsession gas-
If a target breaths in the gas, it will causes them become gradually obsessed over a random object or person chosen by Toxic user. The obsessed can become so strong the effected will attack anyone who comes near it. Also has the ability to make the effects fall slowly unconscious, but by doing that it loses its effects.
Weakness-
weak stand durability wise and powerful wise. It's main uses is to make other people fight each other.
The effects can be resisted by someone with strong will power, leaving the area of affect, or by falling asleep. The victims is required to breath it in for it to work.
If the victim become unconscious even for a moment, the effects will disappear.
