Appearance -
Takes the form of a miniature helicopter made of crystalline like glass. The helicopter propellers can hold in as if they were bird wings.
It's landing gear is mechanical and bird like. In its bottom is a clear glass cannon with a heart shape nozzle.

Chem blast-
Chemical heart can shoot a chemical substance at its opponents as a high pressure shot. The chemicals can be fired with enough force to leave a bruise.
But its primary purpose is to make its targets intoxicated with a potent drug cocktail.
The chem blast is most effect if hits mouth, nose, or any open wound. But can still affect people through the skin, but at a much slower rate.
Downer blast-
Gives the victims the symptoms of a strong concentrated sedative.
Upper blast-
Give the victim the symptoms of a strong concentrated stimulate.
Weakness -
Low offensive power , reliant on its specific effect.
Chem blast only takes effect if it hits a very specific spot. If it gets on skin very low chance of anything happening, can easily be washed off.
Chem blast can be dodged, or be shielded from.
Changing between upper & downers causes a minute cool down , that leaves the user vulnerable.
