Appearance -

semi-humanoid stand with paper white skin. It wears a dark green tunic, with a blood red hood hiding its face. While it top side is human like, below the waist it has a pair horse like legs.

The legs are pitch black, with hooves instead of feet.

Time dilation -

the horseman creates a 5 meter time radius. The closer someone gets to "the horseman" the slower time will move. For every meter someone moves closer to the Stand the more slow they will become.

The first meter time is twice as slow, second 3 times , and so on.

From the perspective of the person under the time dilation, the horseman moves even faster than it already was. For them time will get slower, and the horseman just gets faster.

Weakness -

Mediocre durability. Close range vulnerable to long range attacks.

The time dilation has to be consciously activated by the user, so they could by caught off guard. The horseman is vulnerable to ambushes or sneak attacks.

Activating the time dilation is draining on the users stamina,the user can only be maintained it for 10 seconds continually.

Strange enough the stand "sign of the times"(previous chapter)" , Can completely nullify the the horseman's time dilation ability.
