Ability -
Cold as ice (Foreigner song)-
Can generate and emit freezing flame. The fire behaves like regular fire, anything touch by the fire become dramatically colder.
Like dry ice it can get so cold it burns. Foreigner fire is emitted from the stands palms.
The fire freezes its target instead of burning them. The more intense the flames the colder it becomes, almost to sub zero temperatures. Is able to set things on "fire" which will freeze it over time, until the target is dead, it's put out, or by the users choice.
The frozen fire if left uncheck will continue to spread, like a regular fire. Slowly freezing everything it touches.
The "flames" are colored a blueish white.
Weakness -
It's frozen fire has the same weaknesses as regular fire, can be smothered or put out by water.
Although if you throw water at it it will instantly freeze.
If a person is set on "fire" by Foreigner , they can survive by doing stop , drop, and roll to put out the freezing fire.
Can be countered by fire based stands.
