Too much time can control another's person perception of time , based on the surrounding temperature .
Can slow down someone perception of time, to make the world to appear very slow. Or speed up someone perception of time, to make everything seem like it's moves very fast.
But only if it's below or above room temperature, if it under room temperature can only slow down the same for the opposite.
If speed up someone perception of time, can trick someone into thinking they have super speed. Or slow it down, to make them too slow to react.
Weakness -
Little combat ability, low speed and precision.
Ability is entirely dependant on the surrounding temperature. Will not even activate in room temperature. With the more balance the temperature, the less range midnight cruise has.
Can effect a person perception of time, but not effect the speed of actual objects. Things will still move at there own speed.
