Muscular armoured figure, with top half of its face is covered by a reflective modern riot helmet.
The plate armour is dark red, covered with a series of white crosses. With a giant ones on the center orbits chest & back.
It's wields a gold horn trumpet like instrument.

Is activated by blowing twice into its horn. By blowing into its horn the first time, it can amplify the anger of those within hearing range.
Potentiality amplify to violent levels.
The second blow, will direct all that anger & aggression towards one target.
Turning almost any group into a focus angry mob, clouding their judgment
The horn can also be used to temporarily stunned people.
Weakness -
Slow speed and low precision.
Call to war, require two horn blows to activate. Can be interrupted by someone who knows how it's ability to work.
Can not make people angry, just intensify already existing sources.
