Ability -
Delayed kinetic potential-
Ezy Ryder slows down objects in proportion to their speed. The faster something moved the slower they would be under Ezy Ryder effect.
If Ezy Ryder touch speeding car , it's now at walking speed. If they shot a bullet, it practically at a frozen in place pace.
By the user choice, they can undo Eyz ryder effects releasing all the stored up kinetic potential it could have had in one second. Having destructive effects on those nearby.
If chosen the car goes from a snails pace to speeding in literally a split second . If chosen the bullet , it goes from frozen in mid air to suddenly shooting forward at greater force.
Very useful for making traps.
Weakness -
Requires to physically touch for its ability to work. If the user abilities is actually weaker the slower their enemy are.
It can not stop things from moving, just slow them down. With exception to the user, it's a ability does not work on people.
The effect will disappear if the go far enough, instead of releasing at its kinetic potential. It returns to its normal speed, in the case of the bullet just fall to the ground.
