Appearance -

Humanoid stand, it's body is covered in  white & red propeller pattern.  It's eyes are bright white, and small aviation propellers are found randomly on it.

Ability-

History repeating ( Propellerhead song) -

Can rewind time by 5 seconds in a localized area, about the size of a room.

But when rewinding time every thing is physically moving to their state 5 seconds before. Fired bullets will fly back into gun barrels, broken window will return to one piece, wounds/injuries will disappear.

Every person caught under the effect is conscious of the rewind time. As their body reverts they can still senses the things around them reverting time.

History never repeats (Splits Enz song) - 

this allows the user of Propeller Head can now move in rewind time. They can now effect things while time is reversing.

Attacks made in rewind time, does not undo. They can attack enemies in rewind time,while they are forced to reverse.

Weakness -

Propeller head has mediocre destruction power & durability.

Is close range stand, vulnerable to long range attacks.

While using "history repeating" the user is also under the effect of reverse time. They return their previous position 5 seconds ago.

While reversing time heals the user and their allies wounds, it also heals their enemy too.

When "history never repeats" is in use, the trade-off for moving in rewind time, the time of effect is reduced to less than half.

Living things are still conscious during the rewind, making it possible for enemies to plan around it.

Reversing time does not effect things outside of the stand's range. Things outside will continue on their normal path.
