By expelling the air through it mouth, can blast things away. By expelling though the vales under its feet, can temporarily push itself into the air for mobility.
Fury laugh-
By expelling the air stored in a single concentrated blast, can blow hard enough to knock people away or even launch them into the air.
Weakness -
Low precision and mediocre physical power.
The more the air breath in, require a longer time sucking things in. This can leave Celeste the queen vulnerable to attack, when in between breaths.
