Stand name- G.I Blues

Reference - Elvis Presley Album

Appearance -

A humanoid wearing an early 20th century Infantry uniform made of painting canvas covering a wooden frame that resembles an art easel.

Like a scarecrow made of art supplies.

On its chest are various rainbow color medallions.

On the back of each hand is a painting mixing tray with empty spaces.  Each one of its fingers ends with round pointed paint brushes.

The brush finger tips are white until the ability is activated.

Stand type- humanoid

Stand stats-

Power: C speed: B Durability: D Range: D Precision: B Potential: B

Ability -

Pocketful of rainbows -

Can steal the color from objects & people and add to other things, causing bizarre effects. Is activated by being touch by its brush fingers.

Objects that had their color stolen will become less "vibrant". A lamp light would become dimmer, a knifes edges will become more dull, an apple will have less flavor.

Things/people with their color stolen will literally become black, white, and grey.

But the opposite is true, when color is added to something it will become more "vibrant".

Add color to a fire it will become brighter & hotter, add color to a wall will make it harder to break, adding color to soda will make the taste much stronger or sweeter.

The objects will color added will literally become more colorful & bright, mixing with the the color of the previous object.

The ability has a different effect on people. While people with their color drain away become less responsive, both physically & emotionally.

React slower to situations and generally be more apathetic.

The opposite is true, when someone gained gains more color.

Weakness -

Short range & mediocre physical strength.

To steal or add color "G.I Blues" has to make contact with it fingers .

The amount of color stolen is proportional to the length of contact. The less contact the less color can be used.

When it come to people the color taken/given is not permanent, will gradually return over time.

Adding color to someone has unintended side effects, of making them more emotionally sensitive.
