Appearance-
Muscular build female Stand, it wears a black short horned mask that covers the upper half of its face. Covering its nose and above, it shows RTD red eyes.
It's wears black fingerless gloves and bracelets on each arm. Over her chest is a semi translucent X harness.
Despite being nearly pure white, when it's powers is activation the Stand has a shadowing out lined by a aura of darkness.

Physical ability -
Great strength & speed.
Light wave manipulation -
Can manipulate light waves, and wrap the user around a wave of light. Can also refract light waves into the colors of the light spectrum.(ROYBIV)
Can boost her strikes by absorbing more light, strikes feels burning hot. She may end up setting things on fire, if her stand barrage is intense enough.
Rainbow in the dark, absorbing light is what causes the shadowy outline around its body. It is passively taking absorbing light that touches it's skin.
RTD strikes leaves behind a rainbow pattern streak.
By charging light in their hand, they can fire a Rays of light. Non lethal but use it to blind enemies, like a flash bang grenade.
Best pared with prism deluxe & Daydream believer users, because their abilities compliment each other.
Weakness-
Close range ,vulnerable to range attacks. Needs light to absorb, to boost attacks. Summoning, and in summoning forces RTK to lose all power she absorb.
Shooting light and charging hits, drains stored light.
Not very good for stealth ,kind Of flashy(pun intended).
