Appearance -
Take the form of a fit humanoid with a blueish tinted skin torso, it's bottom half all black.
Shoplifter, wears a light white collared half cape outlined by yellow.
On each of its wrist is half of a broken pair of hand cuffs.

Ability -
Hand it over-
Is activated by the shoplifter opening and closing it's hand.
Shoplifter ability manifests in stealing valuable items from a distance. By focusing and locking on a specific object, that object will appear into the stands hand.
The user can obviously use it to steal stuff, but can also catch projectiles traveling in mid air.
The less valuable something is, the longer range the theft can be.
Example:
If stealing a can of soda, it can be done from other side of the room.
But if it's something like the latest new phone, will have closer to take it.
Weakness -
Low prediction & durability.
If an object is considered especially valuable by the user, they need to move physically closer to steal it. This puts them at risk.
The size is limited factor, the thing being stolen has to be something they can carry or pick up.
The user needs to have seen the item, to be able lock on and steal it.
