I write way too much about these two MissAvarice but I just love them.

Also I want to flush out my Snake Girl.

"Scilia?" Yasmine asked when she noticed the snake awake. It was 6:00 am. Scilia was usually in bed by now. Scilia did very little work. She still tended to the horses more or less but she couldn't do it alone without her eyes.

Even without the ability to work physically, she was useful to the palace. Scilia had told Yasmine her powers a while ago. Rumor had it that she warned Cherry that Ellie was going to try to assassinate the royal couple as well as warned Nolan about an upset in Rouxe that no one knew details about.

"Yeah?" Scilia answered, slinging a bag over her shoulder. It's strap was almost as thick and the white silk sash that crossed over Scilia's chest and (somewhat) hid her chest from view.

"Why are you still awake? Are you going somewhere?"

"Yeah, I was going to visit my mom. Did you want to come with?" Scilia offered.

"Oh. No that's okay, I don't want to intrude." Yasmine said. Meeting the parents... That was a big step. The two weren't officially dating either. Sure she'd cuddled with Scilia but that's because Scilia was cold blooded. Scilia was just a flirt. Maybe Yasmine had returned a bit of those flirtatious actions but they didn't have titles.

"It's fine, really. She likes getting visitors." Scilia said. "maybe after we can get some late breakfast together."

Yasmine was still hesitant but she agreed once Scilia took her hand and began to lead her along.

"Where does your mom live?" Yasmine asked, wondering how far they were going to go.

"She's not too far." Scilia said. "It makes it easier to visit her."

"You spend a lot of time with your mom?" Yasmine asked.

"I try to. Sometimes it's hard."

Yasmine decided not to question her about that. Soon enough they arrived at a moderatly small house. Scilia knocked on the door. A young girl looking to be about the same age as Yasmine opened the door. She looked to be human but some species made it hard to tell.  "Oh, Scilia. Good morning." The girl smiled.

"Hi Liz. How is ma today?" Scilia asked. Liz stepped aside to let the two of them enter. Scilia gently squeezed Yasmines hand and guided her inside.

"Today is one of her better days. She remembered my name." Liz said. "she's in her room right now."

"Thanks." Scilia smiled weakly. She made her way to another room down a hallway.  The room was brightly lit due to large windows that were open to let in the heat of the sun. Coiled comfortably on a large quilt was another Lamia. She had slightly darker skin than Scilia but seemed a bit smaller. Her hair was the same silvery white color as Scilia's but she had beautiful amber eyes.

That was the same color as Scilia's before she lost her vision.  Scilia took very strongly after her mother.

"Hi Ma. I brought someone to see you today." Scilia said.

"Entili, it's so good to see you " Scilia's mother spoke in a very quiet but sweet voice. She raised herself and moved over to Scilia, gently touching her face.

"No, Ma. I'm not Entili. I'm Scilia." Scilia said.

"No, Scilia lives with Min. She moved to south a long time ago."

Scilia squeezed Yasmines hand again though it was more for her own comfort. "Ma, this is Yasmine." She changed the topic. "She works with me at the palace."
