I guessed on ages to make it reasonable. Age can be altered. Also note what I know of a doctor's career and education comes from Google searching so if anything looks inaccurate, oops.

James 25: Drummer for Panic in Summer Directions. Pyromaniac.

Lucas 24: bassists
for PSD. Neko but he calls it a headband and hides his ears every so often to enforce that idea.

Dunstan 24: six years in this country. Works as a bouncer at the bar. Human. (Ish?)

Arinx 23: waitress at the same bar as Dunstan (but trying to get a better job). Human.

Majavee!

Majavee (a year younger than Aleixo): worked as a housemaid for the Lacerda family.  She was his underclassman but they probably bumped into each other occasionally at school.

Ryuin: Gained respect for his magic and worked his way up the ranks to be a well trusted man under Lucifer's command (yes Lucifer, no Blake this time). Assigned to the 'Guardian Spirit' case as a torturer at the moment.

Anatol 20: Merman Prince still with his people. He is training with the guard now that his sisters finally are laying off their over protectiveness. He is arranged to marry Reeva.

Freia 24: a modern blacksmith. She makes "luxury" items. They're considered collectors weapons (and machetes for neckbeards) that are worth a lot of money.  Haven't decided if she's still a dragon or not.

Aqua + the half breeds: Do Not Exist. If supernaturals are in hiding (which it seems they are) they must have lost the war or it never happened. Either way they'd be dead.

Cherry 23: Junior in College. She got a full ride scholarship for her wrestling. She is studying to double major in business and marketing. Is planning to apply for a summer internship at her dream job ( Lilith's company. ). Dating Ahri

Nolan 19: high school senior. No he didn't fail a grade there's a reason for the wait. Guitarist for Panic in Summer Directions. Lives with Merek

Ellie 19: also a high school senior. A member of the debate team. Lives with Luize. The court was worried four would be too many for a single father so Luize managed to get custody of one.

Lilly 15: 9th grade. She's been dancing for years. Tap is her favorite but she does different styles year round. She is on the school team. Lives with Merek.

Merek and Luize are divorced. Only Ellie went with Luize

Mocha 16: 10th grade. She is a member of the art club and a moderatly quiet / shy girl.

Ahri 25:  works as a resident at the hospital. She doesn't use her powers for fear of being caught and forced to run with Mocha. Dating Cherry.

Elyse 23: college junior studying a finance degree. She works in the bakery with her mother.

Rin 23: working with Veljko.

Jennel: owns a bakery to sell her goods. It's also a front for Veljko.

Veljko: small time gang leader with bigger connections. Still a nightmare but his backstory is changed around a little.

Daniel: has his own upcoming chapter.

Ariel and Clover: do not exist.

Maelle: has been in hell for who knows how long after trading her life for the prince's. Since she can't be killed Lucifer is trying to force her into a deal to be loyal to him / become a demon. Ryuin is one of the main men in charge of breaking her.

Mavati: psychologist / therapist. She is connected to the high school and is a recommendation for struggling students. Also is the one who meets with Francis as he needs it.

Scilia 25: works with her mother in a fortune teller shop. She's still blind but that's part of the show. The rooms are made that Scilia and Fro can hide their tails so no one knows they aren't human.

Beaumont 26:  on his final year of residency, the same program as Ahri. When things get panicked he's trusted patients alone.  (The twins are probably human this time around).

Seraphine: biology and genetics major with a doctorate in both. She works in the medical field researching the use of healthy material for healing genetic disorders and immunities in other species use to humanity. However she generally just calls it "stem cell research" since supernatural/human hybridization sounds like something a mad scientist would say.
