scene: meeting the parents

Rin and Theo - have met each other parents already.

Rin: oh, hello again Lukas and Erin!

Theo: Riiiinnnnn- don't call my parents by their first names. It's weird.

Rin: fine. Hello Mother and Father dearest~

Elyse and Sitri

Elyse leaned her head on Sitris shoulder, glad he agreed to ride in the carriage with her. She was bringing Sitri along with her, Rin, and Theo to meet their parents during a vacation from the palace shortly. Elyse hadn't had too much trouble getting Sitri to agree after giving him her puppy eyes and pleading a bit. The four of them had decided it would be easiest to pay for a ride to Jennel and Veljkos farm because teleporting was more expensive and they had wanted to see the countryside as they went along.

By the time they arrived it was getting late, the sun was already begining to set. Rin dealt with paying the coachman while Elyse, Sitri, and Theo grabbed their bags.
Jennel must have heard them arriving as the door was soon opened and Jennel rushed out to see her daughters again. Rin was closest and Jennel pulled her into a tight hug though it was somewhat awkward due to a very large baby bump. Jennels child was due to be born some time later that month. She had wanted the girls to visit before the baby was born since, as she put it, it was going to be a pain to have to deal with two babies as it was. She was, of course, referring to her tall dark and handsome husband standing to the side of the doorway watching the commotion.

"Rin! You're finally here. And Theo!" Jennel let go of Rin to pull Theo into a tight motherly hug. She had already accepted him as her son, much to Theo's embarasment. "Vel, honey, come help with their bags."

Veljko nodded and moved off the porch. "This way." He said, going to show those two to their room. He eyed Sitri as he passed but said nothing. Jennel was too excited for him to ruin her mood by making a comment about the incubus.

"And who did you bring with you, Elyse?" Jennel asked, looking up to Sitri. She could smell that he was a demon but having a nightmare as a husband proved just how open minded she could be. Elyse had informed them she was bringing a boy with her but given no details. She knew Jennel loved surprises.

Sitri put on a kind smile, being the same sort of polite that Elyse had seen him use when meeting Cherry.

"Sitri Goetia. It is a pleasure to meet you and to be invited into your fine home." Sitri was going to take Jennels hand but even Elyse's cold demon of a boyfriend couldn't escape Jennels motherly bear hug.

"Welcome to the family! I'm so glad my little Elyse finally found a man."

"Mom!" Elyse crossed her arms with a huff. Sitri chuckled at her and gently patted Jennels back in a return of the greeting before he was released.

"Let's get those bags inside. Dinner is almost ready." Jennel told them. Sitri and Elyse grabbed their bags and Jennel showed them to the room that they would be sharing. It was a little farm house but it had three rooms since Jennel wanted to start a family (again).

Elyse set her bag down on top of the dresser, deciding she wasn't going to bother unpacking it until later. Her clothes were already wrinkled by now if they were going to wrinkle anyways.

"You're mother is very peppy." Sitri noted.
Elyse groaned and sat down on her bed.

"She's going to say something embarrassing at dinner. I'm warning you now." She loved her mom but sometimes Jennel acted more like one of the girls than their mother.
