General opinion of those in Ocriten is that he is hard set in his ways but wants the best for them and listens to the people's desires. General outside opinion is that he's a cold and very powerful ruler who should be left alone.

Generally just screws around in the castle but is actually employed by Iduhali to work with the military when needed for intel gathering.
