Keep in mind that Cherry being the Big Sister™ figured out the majority of what happened by "asking" (threatening) others or pressuring Nolan into telling her.
That'll probably explain part of why she can be so patient with Faris after learning he was kind of in a similar position.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Dating Raziel wasn't as hard as Nolan had expected. His mother was pleased to see them together. She though Nolan hanging out with knights would encourage him to be more manly.
She didn't realize how wrong she was.
After the first party at the ranch, Nolan had been able to spend a bit more time with Raziel. It had been just over a year since they got together. They'd been to many parties in that time and they went down the riding trails to go swimming with Raziels friends one time as well.
The only time Nolan got alone with Raziel was when he wanted something sexual but Nolan really didn't mind. He was helping Raziel and spending time in groups was fun. This was normal for a teen romance, wasn't it?
Nolan had never been into books like Cherry was and he didn't feel comfortable asking her about it. He trusted his older sister but she didn't trust Raziel. She worried about Nolan too much. It was overbearing.
Raziel had invited Noah to another gathering tonight. Apparently a lot of the training knights were going to have a bonfire that night to celebrate the ending of another year. They had a few weeks off in the summer and it started tomorrow.
When it started to get dark, Nolan slipped out of the gates of the palace to wait for Raziel. Raziel arrived after a bit and walked over to Nolan. "Hey babe, did you bring what I asked?"
Nolan shook his head. He had his pen and notepad ready. 'i told you I can't being any alcohol for a while. My mom noticed it's going missing.'
Cherry had taken the blame for the missing drinks but he couldn't keep stealing so much or he'd be noticed again. Cherry warned Nolan she wouldn't cover for him next time if he kept taking it.
Raziel groaned. "I only asked you to do one thing. This party is knights only. I don't know if they'll let you in without drinks."
'You said the Knights were allowed to bring partners or siblings.' Nolan held up his notepad for Raziel to read. This would be harder as it got later into the night. Then again Raziel had been too drunk to read at the second party they went to. It was awkward for Nolan being unable to communicate.
"Yeah I did but the guys don't know we're doing anything. You're just my pal to them." Raziel rubbed the back of his neck. "I just don't want to tell them. It's embarrassing."
Nolan tucked his notepad back into his pocket, his mood already dropping a bit. It was far from the first time Raziel had warned Nolan not to say anything since them being together was embarrassing. Since dating Nolan was an embarasment.
The rest of the walk was in silence. Raziels naturally long strides made him much faster than Nolan. He was consistently a step ahead of the smaller prince. Nolan was a speed based vampire but it still required him to go faster than his usual pace.
Their silence was broken by the sound of others already at the bonfire. He could see a large fire already glowing in the distance. Raziel does up to a jog and greeted the other guys with a smack on the back.
Nolan continued at his own pace. He didn't mind hanging back a bit. Seeing Raziel smile like that was nice for a change. Raziel didn't smile very much when Nolan was close. He noticed that there was alcohol there brought by someone else. At least they wouldn't be mad at him for not bringing any.
