Kokichi excitedly knocked on Fuyuhiko's door and waited in anticipation for him to answer. They waited for a while, but nobody opened the door. Kokichi knocked again, this time with annoyance. Still, no response.

"Duuuude, where is this guy?!" Kokichi asked, rolling his eyes.

"Nyeh...maybe he went far away somewhere," Himiko replied hopefully. "Well, since he's not here, we should leave and-"

"There you are!" a voice called out from behind them. Kokichi and Himiko turned around, a wide smile appearing on Kokichi's face. Fuyuhiko, along with Peko Pekoyama, the Ultimate Swordswoman, stood there looking confused. "What are you two weirdos doing at my door?" Fuyuhiko asked.

"Hahaha! Do you hear his voice?" Kokichi asked Himiko, pointing at Fuyuhiko. "It's like me, but an edgier version of me!"

"What the flip are you talking about, you fudgebucket?" Fuyuhiko asked.

"Fudgebucket?" Kokichi asked. "What's fudgebucket? Is that supposed to be an insult?"

"Er...well, Peko says that I shouldn't swear too much," Fuyuhiko responded, blushing and rubbing the back of his head. "She said I should try and focus on controlling my anger and that swearing less would help."

"Oh? Is that so?" Kokichi asked with a sneaky smile on his face.

"Yes," Peko responded, looking proudly at Fuyuhiko. "Young master is doing really well quelling his anger. He's improved so much."

"Peko, how many times do I have to tell you? You don't have to call me your master," Fuyuhiko said. "You can just call me by my name, okay?"

"Oooooorrrrr, you can call him 'sweetie pie,'" Kokichi said, pinching Fuyuhiko's cheek.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY, YOU BAST-er...no, wait," Fuyuhiko pushed Kokichi's hand away and took a deep breath. "Whatever, you geekburger. I know what you're doing, and it's not going to work."

"Well, if you won't let Peko call you that, maybe she can call ME that, instead," Kokichi said. "I think I'd make a better boyfriend than an angry little wannabe yakuza."

"YOU SERIOUSLY WANNA DIE, DON'T YOU, YOU LITTLE SHI-mmmm. Calm down, Fuyuhiko," Fuyuhiko muttered to himself. "Just...calm down." He glared at Kokichi, and Peko firmly held his shoulders to calm him down.

"Just ignore him, young master," Peko said to him in a soothing voice.

"Right," Fuyuhiko said. "Anyways, what are you two bozos doing in front of my door?"

"Well, we wanted to know if you knew anything about Himiko's missing diary," Kokichi replied. "Do you know what might have happened to it, Yakety-yak?"

"D-DON'T CALL ME THAT, YOU MOTHERFU-hmmm..." Fuyuhiko breahed deeply again. "No, I don't know what happened to it," he finally replied. Then he turned to Himiko. "Speaking of which, Himiko, I've been looking for you. It's time for some payback." He stepped up to her. Himiko whimpered and hid behind Kokichi's back, grabbing his shoulders as if it would help her feel safer. Fuyuhiko reached into his pocket, and Himiko squealed with fear, burying her head into Kokichi's shoulder.

"Please, don't kill me!" Himiko begged.

"Kill you?" Fuyuhiko asked. "I'm not gonna kill you, wormbait. I wanted to pay you back for buying that snack for me during lunch." He handed her some money. "I wasn't able to do it at school, since I didn't have any money on me. But, now I do, so here you go."

"Oh..." Himiko replied quietly, still hiding behind Kokichi. She reached her arm out and slowly took the money from him. "Thank you."

"No problem," Fuyuhiko smiled at her. "Anyways, Himiko, I'm sorry about your diary. I don't know what happened to it. But, if it's any help, I was talking to Mondo at lunch today. He said that he was upset that you messed up the new paint job on his hog, and he was planning on getting you back."

"Nyeh...HOG?!" Himiko exclaimed, clutching Kokichi's shoulders tighter. "I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HE HAD A PIG!!!"

"Um, actually, Himiko, 'hog' is just a slang word for a motorcycle," Kokichi explained, patting her hand to get her to loosen her grip.

"He's right," Fuyuhiko assured Himiko. "Mondo didn't tell me what he was planning, so, if you two dweebs plan on interrogating him, just be careful."

"'Kay, thanks, Yakitori!" Kokichi said. He turned back to Himiko. "Nee-heehee, you can let go now, Himiko. Yak-In-the-Box isn't going to hurt you." Himiko slowly let go of Kokichi's shoulders and took her place next to Kokichi. Fuyuhiko smiled at her and stuck his hand out for her to shake it. Himiko smiled back at him and shook his hand.

"Nee-heehee, does Boss Baby's hand feel weak and brittle?" Kokichi asked Himiko. "It's because he can't drink milk."

"THAT'S IT!!! COME HERE, YOU LOWLIFE PIECE OF-" Fuyuhiko lunged at Kokichi, but Peko stopped him.

"Young master, please! Calm down," Peko begged him. Fuyuhiko breathed deeply again and nodded at Peko, indicating that he'd be alright. She nodded back and walked off to her own room. Fuyuhiko turned to face Kokichi.

"I'm not gonna let you get to me," he said to Kokichi who was smirking. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going into my room now." He walked past Kokichi and Himiko and paused right before he opened the door. Fuyuhiko turned around and looked back and forth between Kokichi and Himiko. "Are you two...ya know...a thing?"

"Nyeh...no, we're not a thing! There's no thing!" Himiko replied, clearly flustered. Fuyuhiko smiled kindly at both of them.

"Well, I just wanted to say, that if you weren't such a crapstarter, Kokichi, you two would make a really cute couple," Fuyuhiko replied. Then he walked into his room, leaving Himiko standing awkwardly in silence.

"Wow, two people have said that to us," Kokichi said. "Maybe we should be a couple, Himiko," Kokichi nudged Himiko playfully with his arm.

"Nyeh...let's just focus on getting my diary back, please," she replied, pulling the brim of her hat down over her face.

"Yeah, you're right," Kokichi replied simply. "No point in talking about something that'll never happen." At those words, Himiko felt her heart not only drop, but shatter into a million pieces. She didn't want Kokichi to know that she liked him, but she didn't want to push him away, either. She walked glumly behind Kokichi as the two made their way to Hope House to find Mondo Owada, the Ultimate Biker Gang Leader.
